Founded 2006 by oenophile and self proclaimed cork dork, Trevor Zebulon.

Trevor's first forray into the wine industry was to establish Zebulon's Lounge, a premiere wine bar and Jazz venue. It was here that his palate was trained to recognize the subtle variations between vintages, unlock and describe the complex depth of flavors in a glass of Merlot or Meritage. Building on partnerships formed at the wine bar, and getting a rush from seeking out wineries not on the map, he has helped Terrific Tours gain the reputation as one of the most insightful wine tour companies in Sonoma or Napa. Scouring the Sonoma Coast for an elegant Pinot or the hillsides of Napa Valley for an incredible Cab or Petite Sirah, Trevor has tasted at more than 600 local producers and carved out a strong niche in wine country by pairing not just wine, but wineries with his clients!

Gennifer has always enjoyed a great Cabernet

and realized her friends weren't the only ones that would enjoy her expertise in the wine world. She brought the fun to the table when she partnered with Trevor to get the business off the ground, and continues to keep the "Terrific" in the tours!. There are few things that thrill Gennifer more than finding the the perfect Malbec or Cabernet Franc, and Alexander Valley and Dry Creek are where she thinks they grow best!!

Hampton Bynum was raised on wine.

Son of legendary Russian River winemaker Davis Bynum, Hampton was active in the wine world from the very start and has held every job in the industry, including winemaker for the former Davis Bynum label for over ten years. Well versed in biodynamic and organic grape growing practices, he currently owns a vineyard management company and takes great pleasure in sharing his intimate knowledge of wines and of the area with our clients.

Dan Wood has his roots in organic food and wine.

Dan was born in Napa when it still just a small farm town, growing up in the vineyards long before Napa became synonomous with world class wines. After a tour of duty with the US Army and 16 years in the restaurant industry in various metropolitian cities from Sacramento to Kansas City, he fine-tuned his palette for both organic cuisine and sustainably produced wines. From cabernet to viognier, Dan is eager to explore all the jaw-dropping varietals grown in Sonoma and Napa County, and he's happy to share his lifelong passion for the world’s best vintages.

Steve Bell: The Old Man and the Vine

Steve has had a passion for grape growing and enjoying wine for many years. He started in the wine and vine industry for 35 years beginning in 1977 when he worked for Freemark Abbey winery managing their vineyards in St. Helena and later Beringer Vineyard managing over 600 acres of premium winegrapes in Sonoma’s Knights Valley. During this time Steve had been a hobbyist winemaker and developed a devoted following for his wines who later convinced him to begin his own bonded winery, which is currently in progress.
